You Can Now Print Multiple Pages Per Sheet
1 March 2026 · 3 min read · By Adib
You've got a 30-page document. You don't need each page printed full-size. You just want it readable and compact. Two pages per sheet, maybe four. Simple enough, right?
Until recently, if you wanted multi-up printing from us, you'd have to tell us over WhatsApp. "This file, 4-in-1. That file, 2-in-1 landscape. The last one, normal." We'd work it out manually and get it done. But it wasn't exactly something you could do on your own.
We decided to put the work in and make it easier.
The order that changed things
A customer placed an order with us. Nine different PDFs, 116 pages total. Every document had different layout requirements. One needed four pages per sheet. Another needed 2-in-1 in landscape. A third was just normal single-page, double-sided.
She sent us the instructions over WhatsApp, document by document. We printed everything exactly as specified. But the whole thing took a level of coordination that shouldn't have been necessary.
She knew what she wanted. She just had no way to tell our system directly. The only option was to tell us, and we'd interpret it on our end.
(To that customer — thank you. You know who you are. Your order is the reason this exists.)
If you know what layout you need, you should be able to just pick it.
What we've been working on
Now, when you upload a document for printing, each file gets its own layout selector: 1-up (normal), 2-up, or 4-up.
Pick 2-up or 4-up and an orientation toggle appears, portrait or landscape. This matters more than you'd think. 2-in-1 lecture slides in landscape read very differently from 2-in-1 in portrait.
The price updates as you go. Four pages per sheet means fewer sheets, which means lower cost. You see exactly what you're paying before checkout. Oh, and single-sided or double-sided, same price. S$0.15 per page for B&W either way, S$0.35 for colour. (Our full pricing is on the site too, if you want to check before uploading.)
No WhatsApp needed. No back-and-forth. Upload your files, pick your layout for each one, and order.
Who this is for
Students printing lecture notes or study guides. 4-in-1 is the classic move. You've probably done this at the library printer before. Now you can do it online, without fiddling with printer settings.
Working professionals printing training materials or reference documents. 2-in-1 landscape keeps things readable while cutting your paper use in half. We've had customers order 100+ pages this way and save quite a bit.
Anyone printing a long document who wants to save paper and money without making the text too small to read.
If you've ever walked into a print shop and said "can you do two pages per side?" you can now do it yourself, from your phone.
We're a small shop
We could have kept doing it the old way. WhatsApp coordination worked fine for us. But we're always looking at how we do things and asking if there's a better way to serve you.
This time, the answer was obvious. If you can tell us what layout you want over chat, you should be able to just pick it yourself. So we made it happen.
Try it out on our document printing page. Upload a PDF, pick your layout, and see the price update live.
