We want every print to come out right.

What's Covered

We cover defective prints only — things that went wrong on our end:

  • Smudged or streaked prints
  • Misprinted or missing pages
  • Wrong pages printed
  • Colour significantly off from the source file

Custom-printed items that accurately match the source file are not eligible for a return.

Reporting Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to report a defect.

Our Remedy

Free reprint of the affected pages or photos — no cost to you. We'll arrange delivery or collection the same way as the original order.

How to Report a Defect

WhatsApp us with these three things and we'll review within 1 business day:

  1. Your order number
  2. A photo of the defect
  3. A brief description of what went wrong

What's Not Covered

  • Differences inherent to printing — screen colours always look different from paper. Minor variations in tone, saturation, or brightness are normal.
  • Issues with the source file itself — low resolution, incorrect formatting, or embedded fonts that did not render.
  • Orders where you approved a digital proof before printing.

No Exchanges

Since all prints are made-to-order, we don't offer exchanges. But if something came out wrong, we'll reprint it for free — no questions asked.
